* All items are in Good Condition. No complain will be entertained after items are received.

* We reserve the rights to cancel order in case the item is out of stock. Full amount will be refund.

* Goods Sold are not Exchangeable or Refundable, all items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.

* We do not responsible on any lost or damage of items during delivery.

* Payment must be made within 2 days after Confirmation or Reservation.

PRE-ORDER T&C:

•  All pre-order items are 100% BRAND NEW.

• Delivery lead time for pre-order will be 2-to-4 weeks AFTER closing date of pre-order. Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.

• Customers are required make payment within 24HOUR after receiving my confirmation email.

• For SERIOUS BUYER ONLY. Buyers who back-out without notifying will be not be entertained in the long run, so kindly notify us if you change your mind.

•  Prices stated are NOT INCLUSIVE of postage fee(UNLESS stated otherwise). We are not  able to be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping, however we will do our best to help you keep track of the item with the tracking no. given by Poslaju.

• Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable, 

• Sometimes pre-order item can go out of stock at our supplier side. If the item you ordered is out of stock, a FULL 100% REFUND will be made to you.

•  Goods sold are on first-pay-first-serve basis.

•  NO CANCELLATION of order once payment has been made. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods.

•  All photos are SUPPLIED by supplier. Size & measurement are also given by the supplier.

•  DO NOT BUY IF you are extremely fussy or prefer high quality product or very sensitive with the product quality/color/size different from photo to avoid any unhappy circumstances or bad experience with us.
